The death of veteran actor Yusuf Hussain has rocked Bollywood; Tribute to Wahili from social media – Manoj Bajpayee and Abhishek Bachchan paid tribute after the death of Yusuf Hussain

Mumbai: Veteran actor Yusuf Hussain, who played character roles in several Hindi cinema and small screen serials, has passed away at the age of 73. It is being told that Yusuf has died due to Corona. Yusuf worked in films like Vivah, Dhoom 2, Khoya Khoya Chand, Road to Sangam. After the news of Hussain’s death, there has been a wave of mourning in the Hindi entertainment world. Artists like Abhishek Bachchan, Manoj Bajpayee and Pooja Bhatt have paid tribute to Hussain.

Producer-director Hansal Mehta broke the news of Yusuf Hussain’s death on social media. Hansal Mehta is married to Hussain’s daughter Safina. In his post, Mehta paid tribute to Hussain, describing him as an orphan.

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has also paid tribute to Yusuf Hussain on social media. He wrote in his tweet, ‘Sad news!! May Safina Hussain, Hansal Mehta give you the strength to bear this loss. Heartfelt tribute to Yusuf Sahab…’

Abhishek Bachchan has also paid tribute to Yusuf Hussain by tweeting. He wrote in his tweet, ‘Tribute to Yusufji… we have worked together in many films. Don’t say anything about it and the last one was Bob Faith. He was a very kind, generous and loving person. May the grief of his passing give strength to the family.

Actress Pooja Bhatt has also tweeted paying tribute to Yusuf. He wrote in his tweet, ‘Hansal, I got tears in my eyes after reading your post. I can’t even imagine what you are feeling now..May you all find strength to bear the loss..’

Yusuf Hussain worked in films like Race, Dhoom 2, Dil Chahta Hai and CID, Kumkum, Harghar Kuch Kehta. He also worked in the Hostess Bay series.
