Lucknow: Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, sharing a picture on Twitter, accused the BJP of misusing the power of ‘some police officers’.
The picture was later shared by many with the statement that a police officer had assaulted a woman in the film. It was later found out that this was a lie.

The fact is that when a woman grabs a police officer and pulls over a police officer, this is a picture of the police trying to escape from her.
There is an uproar on social media for misleading people by giving wrong title to the film.
Truth is really more. There are days of unfinished video photography photography news. This is a painful sadness that is an excruciating pain, this is an excruciating pain, this is a painful misery. pic.twitter.com/1nwY19tduk

The officer, identified as Mahendra Patel, in-charge of Pukhrayan outpost, is accused of misbehaving with women when a gang of four constables raided the house of one of the accused.
When the police reached the house of accused Surjit Yadav, some people including women protested. However, the women allege that the police misbehaved with them.
However, the police denied the allegation and said that the women had tried to free the accused. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
